Our process

• Call or Book an appointment with buzzBT
• At scheduled time our ROC specialist will call you to understand the requirement
• Based on the mandate received from you, buzzBT will mail you the list of documents required
• Receive your customized incorporation documents

Documents and Information required –for atleast 2 individuals

• PAN Card Copy
• Identity Proof – Voters ID/Passport/Driving License/Aadhar Card
• Current address proof in their own name- like Latest (not older than 2 months) bank Statement or electricity bill or mobile bill

Information required:

• Education qualification
• Occupation- Either of the following - Self-employed or professional or others
• Area of occupation
• Place of Birth
• Duration of stay at present address in Years and Months
• Email id
• Personal Mobile Number
• DIN Number if available
• Digital Signature if available

Documents and Information required –for the Proposed Company

• Proposed Company name (atleast 3 options)
• Objects of the Company in brief
• Proposed capital
• Documents required – For 3-6 above – for Registered office address
• NOC from the owner along with proof of ownership or occupancy authorization, to use the premises by the company as its registered office
• Permitted Utility Services Bills as Proof (not older than 2 months): Telephone Bill/Gas Bill/Electricity Bill/Mobile Bill
